It wasn’t Tuesday, but it was sunny and dry so 2WT rode in February!

The major melt-off on Saturday really took away a lot of our snow.  Bright sunny skies and temps in the 30’s on Sunday had me thinking of spring and riding my bike.  A quick check of the rocks at the zoo and on the shoreline revealed that we could ride – with a little shoveling 🙂  Mark, Terri and I got out for a really nice session.
The first 15 minutes were comical as we all were rusty and could not execute even the simplest of moves.  But it all came back after a bit and started to feel good.   Both Mark and Terri upped their ability level from last fall!
I have been relishing in all the snow we’ve had, and hope for a lot more before the winter is over, but it felt really good to get out and challenge myself on a bike!

We made some snow ramps, but they made it harder to ride the rocks - the snow was too soft

Coming back down - maybe we didn't shovel enough snow 🙂
